Hi, I'm Cherie and a surface design artist for Spoonflower. Glad you stopped by, but don't expect a clean desk in my art/sewing/craft room. I chose one of the biggest rooms downstairs
in my vintage home that has a fireplace and lovely windows with lots of light. When I'm working on new watercolors, sheets of watercolor paper are strewn about like confetti to dry.
Yup, that's how I left my desk last night before going to bed.
Now I'll choose which images to use for my next pattern. Creating organic art begins with lots of choices in complimentary colors for home décor. Sometimes I paint three or four sheets before I'm happy with a theme.
